The Duplex Apartment is close to the pool. It has stunning sea and mountain views especially from the balcony of the top floor. The double bedroom on the second floor is cosy with traditional furniture and stunning sea view. A modern in suit bathroom and next door patio with comfortable seating furniture are the plusses. The kitchen has electrical cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, tea and coffeemaker, toaster and full tableware. The duplex has two doublebed rooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. The garden has long chairs, parasol and outdoor dining table. You can catch the municipality bus on the upper road or seaside bus stops to visit various other resorts around Selimiye.
The kitchen has washing and the bathroom a hair dryer. The bedrooms have hot and cold mode AC. The long chairs and the parasol at the side garden makes sundecking a great pleasure. A cot and high chair for the babies are available as well as a portable barbeque unit. In case there is a shortage of city water supply. We have 15 tons of underground water depot, 2 tons of water tank and recently we own an artesian in our vegetable garden 60 meters away as a continuous water supply.
