Pricing Details

• The following rates are daily.
• Short stays are possible depending on the season; otherwise minimum stay is one week.
• Down payment is 50% of the total cost to be paid at time of reservation. This deposit is not returned if cancellation is within 20 days of arrival date. A security deposit of $100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Our property ONLY ACCEPTS CASH PAYMENTS.
• Electricity used during your stay and a one-time cleaning fee is required in cash.
• Our prices include VAT, gas, Wi-Fi and local taxes.
